With regards to football, Thomas and I used to play with a Soft Ball. t doesnt hurt, doesnt make any noise and also you can get a few portable goal posts to move around in the playground area.

With Regards to the Kids house, its a good a idea for little kids.

Tracy and I used to pla Badminton in the playground area. It is not noisy and fun to play.
