Budget 2011

I would like to request that w as a community have a proper Budget for 2011.
This will require each apect of the complex being looked at properly including the actual amount designated to each topic and a realist figure put forward a to what the income is expected to be not just the tota of all properties community charge as we know from experience we are going to have some owners whio cannot pay and others who won't pay.
We also need to know what action is being taken aganst owners who owe money to recover this money.
I also understand that any community charge that is over two years old is not recoverable under Spaish law if this is the case we need to write off a great deal of the debt owed to the community.

Yep, I would also like to know in what consist the monthly amount we pay as community fee so we could have a correct apreciation pf budget for the next year.
