Agenda & 2010 Accounts

The Agenda was email'd out on Friday 18th Feb to those owners for whom we have email addresses and wanted to receive advice by email. If you have an email address but did not receive this email then please let us know what your email address is. The more things that we can send via email the cheaper it becomes for the community (less having to be sent by post).
Also sent with the Agenda was the 2010 Accounts summary, an explanatory note to go with the 2010 Accounts and the list of debtors as at 31st December 2010 and 31st January 2011. The 2010 Accounts summary included the proposed budget for 2011.
Don't forget to let someone have your proxy vote if you are unable to attend the AGM in person.
